Sourdough Naan Workshop

Sourdough is about much more than just a loaf of bread. A healthy, happy starter can be used in a variety of recipes for added flavour, and nutritional benefit. At this Sourdough Naan Workshop, we will step outside the box of loaves/boules/baguette; we will focus on a simple and approachable way to create a beautiful appetizer selection using our Sourdough Naan, seasonal dips to accompany, and fresh local vegetables..all while overlooking beautiful Georgian Bay.

Individually, each baker will mix up a batch (4 portions) of sourdough naan dough, and shape it to take home and be grilled off anytime the following week. We will be working as a group to prepare a meal of za'atar for the labneh, hummus, and vegggies. Everyone can get involved in grilling the naan bread, before we sit down as a group and enjoy the fruits of our labour. Before leaving, we will feed a small batch of Sourdough Starter for you to take and continue on your baking journey. Each guest will also have
